We are happy to gift wrap your order for an additional fee of $5.00. Your gift will arrive wrapped in kraft paper and decorated to match the gift, theme or event. Specify the occasion (thank-you, birthday, congrats, new baby) during your ordering process and we’ll add a tag for that too.
All of our products are individually created, hand embellished, wrapped and packed for shipping. Every order is important to us and we always strive for perfection. Orders generally ship within 5 business days unless otherwise specified.
We are a boutique company and we hold our customer relationships in the highest regard. Under NO circumstances will we ever sell, trade or give away any information you provide during the ordering process.

Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
In a hurry to receive your order? We are happy to expedite your order for an additional $15 rush fee. Please contact us immediately after your order is placed (via email) so we are made aware of your timing needs.
California residents will be charged 9% sales tax.
While personalized stationery cannot be returned, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with our products. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at 925-425-0125.
We currently ship within the United States. If you live outside the US and are interested in our products, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Your order will be shipped to you via the good ol’ USPS Priority Mail. Orders up to $40 will incur a $7 shipping charge. Those $41 and above will be charged $12.00.
